Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the inside sales team through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas of the team. The Director of Sales will reach business targets through Integrity, vision, and passion.

Job Duties
• Own annual sales targets
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
• Plan , organize and control the sales team to meet objectives

Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of direct work experience managing telemarketing or sales teams.

Job Description:

The pre-sales managers at Panorama are an important part of the sales team, supporting sales efforts and processes across multiple opportunities around the world at any given time. Presales managers bring two strong skill sets to the team: an ability to research and gain deep understanding the new client’s specific needs and challenges and the ability to create a compelling case for Panorama’s solution.
As a pre-sales manager, you will work closely with sales executives, product management, and other groups to perform the tasks and requirements of the sales process.
You will work in a dynamic, fun, and very fast-paced environment.

The Position includes:

• Providing prompt responses to customers’ requests (such as RFPs, RFIs, proposals and presentations)
• Presenting Panorama Necto solution to prospects, partners and current customers.
• Gaining proficiency in Panorama Necto product offering as well as the Business intelligence domain, and maintaining a current understanding of the ongoing trends and events relevant to Panorama’s customers
• Deep research into new clients’ Business intelligence domain, identifying their specific challenges and areas of interest.
• Training Panorama customers in both on-site and remote sessions.
• Frequent travel to multiple locations around the world for customer meetings, projects and demos.

o High level in developing ETL processes, DWH and OLAP cubes/In memory models.
o High level in writing SQL, JAVASCRIPT & MDX.

You will be provided with the necessary training to become a fully enabled Panorama Presales Necto consultant in 3 months period. Willingness to travel throughout Israel is a must.
