Technical Support Representative
Support Team
The following skill sets are required for this position:
- Provide telephone and email support to customers and partners
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues
- Responsible for maintaining customer information in support database Participate in testing of new software releases
- Interface effectively with other departments (QA, R & D, Product Management, Presales) in order to resolve product and customer issues.
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support role or call centre environment
- Related university degree, college diploma or equivalent work experience
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft operating systems (98/NT4/200/XP/2003)
- Knowledge of IIS, HTML, Java Script, ASP, SQL
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
