Catherine Playford

Chief Financial Officer

As a seasoned finance professional, Catherine brings extensive expertise in strategic business planning, financial and operational management and contract negotiation to her role as CFO. Most recently, Catherine was working as a consultant with BessMar Enterprises Inc. on corporate restructuring projects, international tax planning and compliance and merger, acquisition and divesture due diligence projects.

Through the course of her career, Catherine has held senior finance positions including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Business Development for Newstar Technologies Inc. and Vice President, Finance & Administration & CFO for Minicom Data Corporation. She holds a Chartered Accountant Designation from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Honors BComm from the University of Windsor and University of Western Ontario.
