Step 1 - Preparing Your Spreadsheet for Pivoting
Not every spreadsheet can be used for pivoting. To use our Pivot Table feature, your spreadsheet must look like a simple list with the first row being the label and anything below it a corresponding value as in the following figure:
Quick Tip: For best results, make sure there are no empty columns or rows in your spreadsheet.
