Panorama Software Secures OEM Agreement With VcsTimeless

Leading Retail Software Specialist to Offer New BI Solution

TORONTO, ON – February 20, 2006 – Panorama Software, a global leader in business intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced a strategic OEM agreement with VcsTimeless, Europe's leading software solutions' and professional services provider to the specialty retail sector. This OEM partnership leverages Panorama's BI solutions, enabling VcsTimeless to offer their first BI solution. This agreement will be the first European ISV partner for Panorama.

After a thorough comparison of other BI solution providers in the marketplace, VcsTimeless chose Panorama because of their robust and competitive solutions and solid market reputation. Through this agreement, VcsTimeless' will now be able to provide their retail customers with a real-time BI module, Panorama NovaView 5, integrated into VcsTimeless' customers day-to-day solutions.
