By downloading and uploading a template from www.panorama.com you agree to the following Terms of Use:

Panorama NovaView® 5.5 Templates (“Templates”) may be used only for internal business purposes or the marketing, distribution and support of the Panorama NovaView® 5.5. The Templates may not be sold or distributed to a third party via CD, diskette or download from your websites etc.

The Templates are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Panorama Software or any other Template publisher will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to downloading or using a Template. In no event shall Panorama Software or any other Template publisher be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the Templates.
