Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling Business Intelligence and Data Analysis products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

 

Job Duties

• Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to- action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.
• Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e- mail cross-sell and up-sell.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
• Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
• Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

 

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
• Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
• Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
•Strong written communication skills.
• Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and work ethic.
• Experience with customer relationship management software, and BI software.

As the CSP Manager you will be responsible to ensure smooth handovers from sales to customer success and collaboration with sales team to develop and execute growth plans to drive expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Interface with senior executive leadership, develop and execute the company vision, mission, and key priorities
• Demonstrate our product, value proposition and technology to customers and partners
• Analyze customer’s experience, satisfaction and present to management.
• Develop global activities, in order to enrich our customers
• Share knowledge and product tips and trick through our Academy
• Collaborate with broader global Corporate
• Collaborate with Partners, Product manager, Marketing team, R&D team to meet customer expectations.
• Write, edit and review a variety of materials, including press releases, s, Q&A,, key message documents, etc…
• Set up a daily call with customers worldwide in different time zone
• Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's satisfaction and challenges
• Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximize utilization of the product and services sold to our customers
• Create upsell opportunities for the sales team
• Create surveys and analyze them
• Create and manage a list of customers references
• Work with customers and the marketing team on success stories and quotes that can be published
• Learn and be familiar with our product with the ability to solve / answer technical questions

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills; working both independently and in team settings.
  • Experience in projects managing and ability to execute ideas and decisions.
  • Ability to learn fast, shift directions.
  • BA/BS Degree (or equivalent), Business or technical degree.
  • Languages - Native level English.
