Inside Sales Manager [Based in Tel Aviv, Israel]

Summary
This is an intermediate level, full sales cycle, inside sales role, pursuing new customers. In this role you will be responsible for selling Business Intelligence and Data Analytics software products in a specified territory and with a revenue quota responsibility. You will be required to manage the inside sales process throughout the sales cycle: get leads after they have been qualified by our SDR team, conduct product demonstrations over the web, identify needs, budget, timeline and decision makers, pitch the solution to all relevant stake holders, coordinate trials and POCs, write commercial proposals, negotiate and close business. In this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Sales.

Location
You will be working out of our offices in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Work Days & Working Hours
You will be required to work on US Eastern time zone, as follows:
Option 1 – full-time position, 5 days a week:
Mon-Thu: 14:30-24:00, Israel time
Fri: 10:00-17:00, Israel time
Option 2 – part-time (80%) position, 4 days a week:
Mon-Thu: 15:00-24:00, Israel time

What you will be expected to do…
• Meet and exceed direct sales targets (customer wins, revenues/booking) within an assigned geographic territory
• Develop and manage sales pipeline with the ability to move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the pipeline
• Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including technical support and product management
• Call leads after they are qualified by the SDR team
• Provide product demonstration to qualified leads and opportunities via Webex/Go-To-Meeting etc.
• Present Panorama and its product offering to customer accounts of all sizes and industries
• Identify needs, budget, timeline and decision makers; pitch to all relevant stake holders; overcome objections
• Coordinate trials and POCs
• Write commercial proposals, negotiate and close business
• Manage and record customer and engagement information into a web-based CRM system; logging all sales activity; keeping customer account current and accurate
• Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements, what you should have…
• At least 2 years of direct sales experience in international markets with an assigned quota, AND at least 1-year experience as Inside Sales Rep/Manager or SDR – a must
• Experience selling enterprise software products – a must
• Experience selling to the US market – a must
• Experience selling to the UK market – an advantage
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills over the phone
• Strong written communication skills
• A problem-solver, an exceptional listener, and a great communicator
• Go-Getter. Self-directed and resourceful, with a strong work ethic
• Experience using a CRM system on a regular basis
• Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus
• Nothing less than a perfect English!

Support engineer with 1-3 years of experience

Job requirement are:

  1. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  2. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  3. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  4. Additional certification in Microsoft, SQL servers or Client-Server applications is a plus
  5. Team player
