Running Workboards As Another User

As an administrator, you can use the Run As option to open all public workboards or a specific workboard, impersonating another user.

To run a workboard as another user:

1.      Click  next to the root folder Public Workboards or a specific workboard. From the options menu, select Run As.

2.      In the window that opens, select the user you want to impersonate and click OK.

The workboard opens in a new Necto session, in a separate browser window. If you used the Run As option for the Public Workboards, the Necto home page opens in a separate browser window, and you can access all public workboards as the user you impersonated.
