RecentClicking a workboard link button on the ribbon displays the relevant workboards in thumbnail format. Double-clicking a workboard thumbnail directs you to that workboard.
Recent
The workboards you have visited recently. When you start Necto, the Home page displays your recent workboards by default.
Favorites
The workboards you have added to your list of favorites.
The workboards that are most relevant for your work, and that you are allowed to see. Necto picks these workboards for you automatically, using the following inputs:
· Matches between user topics and workboard topics
· Workboard usage and popularity, based on audit data
· Number of Likes a workboard got
· The time period you have selected to look at (last year, last week, today…)
Discussions
The recent discussions that you have initiated, and those of other users in which you have participated.
A discussion thumbnail shows a preview of the discussion message. Double-click a thumbnail to navigate to the workboard where this discussion is being conducted.
A notification about new discussion activities by other users displays to the left of the title area showing the number of new discussions to which you have been added. The thumbnails of those discussions are marked with stars.
Subscriptions
The public or shared private workboards that users you are following have modified or saved.
The default time frame for the display is “last month”: Necto picks the results from workboards or discussions visited during the past month. You can show the results for another time frame by selecting it in Show results from.
You can filter the subscriptions workboards by time frame and by subscription:

In Coverflow and Carousel layouts, you can browse through the workboard or discussion thumbnails using the arrows in this area.
Pointing to a workboard thumbnail shows its name. Clicking on a workboard thumbnail brings it to the front.
Clicking the topic cloud button opens a cloud presenting the topics of the displayed workboards. You can use the topic cloud to filter the workboards by a topic.
The cloud is a visual representation of the list of topics, weighted by number of occurrences. Frequently used topics are presented in larger fonts and brighter colors while seldom used topics are presented more subtly, so that a casual glance at the cloud shows you which topics have more occurrences.
Clicking on an individual topic filters the display by that topic, showing only thumbnails for workboards tagged by that topic. Clicking the Remove topic filter button returns the thumbnail display to its initial state.
The Workboard Wizard link opens the Workboard Wizard directly for creating a new workboard with data.
The Insights Wizard link opens the Workboard Wizard directly for creating a new workboard with insights.
